Copyright notices make it easier to avoid stuff like this, or to file actual copyright claims, however lack of a copyright notice on an image doesn't mean you don't own the rights to your photos.
Copyright on photographs is typically owned by whomever took the photos originally. If they're selfies you took in a mirror, you own it. If a friend or someone took them, then that person owns copyright unless you have documentation (a simple letter would do) showing that they passed copyright ownership to you. Everyone in this day and age seems to think that you own rights to images just by downloading them from the internet but that's totally wrong. Otherwise, people could download snapshots of art from museums, then walk into the museum and claim ownership of the original. Anyway, I would also report this to P411, since they have copyright notices on their pages. I'm assuming they will complain to whomever needs to hear that they're stealing P411s intellectual property.
My info has been stolen before by websites but after contact were promptly taken down. However, this site in question has stolen my private, now deactivated ad, from p411 and has yet to remove it. And on top of all of that they have a wrong phone number of some regular person looking for me! Now, my pics aren't copyrighted but me and the owner of the mystery number have this big ole ball of fun to deal with. If I can't get them to drop my ad, and no copyrights what can I do?

In my very brief previous sojourn as a companion a couple of years ago, before I returned earlier this year, I had my pics taken by several websites. I am selective about where I place my pics and I was appalled that my images and content were taken so easily- -lesson learned to watermark every photo always in a place that can't easily be cropped out. Also, I decided to use a photographer that agreed to go after anyone using my pics without my consent. Try asking your photographer to send a legally threatening letter. It is one thing to mess with a companion and quite another to deal with a legitimate photographer who can raise a stink.
Even better have a lawyer do it. There are enough in the hobby. My bet is most companions know a couple. Even a barter like an 2 hours for 1 could be offered, but my guess is most would be happy to just do it.

I sent Havana a PM with this info but will also post it here. A great resource for companions to get legal help can be found at SWOP Chicago (http://redlightchicago.wordpress.com/legal-referrals-list/). One of my best clients who has known me since I first entered the biz is my ultimate go-to resource. Havana you can PM me if you want me to ask him for further suggestions to your problem.
