Can't give you stats to prove it, but I suspect that most providers last a lot less than a year, particularly if you include all the ladies who try it a few times and do not like it. But I have had no trouble at all finding women that I see for years and years (slight exaggeration, but I am in the midst of my second 2 year friendship). I have also seen more than a couple of ladies who I wanted to keep seeing, but they retired or otherwise disappeared.

A few suggestions.

If you are looking for someone who will stick around and you will enjoy seeing over and over, you probably will need to make location a secondary issue. Sure, you might find someone in the western burbs, but there are not that many to choose from out here, so you will probably end up having to accept someone you do not like as much if you want to find someone. There are long time providers out west, but not a lot, and not any I like that much.

There is a lot more available in the NW suburbs, around O'Hare and downtown, so if you want a regular and a quality experience, it is easier to do if you are willing to drive a little.

Or it may simply be that your search process is leading you to less stable providers. If you like them new, young and/or cheap, for example, you could be greatly increasing the odds that the lady you choose will not be around tomorrow. Someone who is a little older, has been working for six months or more, and charges a reasonable amount (350 and up?) is a lot more likely to still be working six months from now.
