Polish Princess did the same for me, although they demanded an RS2K membership (which prompted me to join, and it served me extremely well).  I ended up having a good first hobby experience, and the rest is history.  

While that's not an issue for most hobbyists, they were accommodating of my age.  I was 22, which meant independents avoided me.  But this agency saw me with no issues.  I was able to "graduate" to independents a year or two later.

While it seems like they've gone into somewhat of an obscurity, in their heyday, they were one of the best Chicago agencies.  I saw three of their providers: one was a dud (she seemed to have a problem with my looks or my age), but other two were awesome.

Of course, that's from a hobbyist perspective.  I don't know the other side of the equation.
