So, I tried to set up a date with a provider I met a while back. I offered up enough details to remind her who I was and even sent along my screening info. She contacts me back saying I posted some disparaging remarks about her on here. I went back to look and found nothing to corroborate her allegations, not to mention not remembering anything at all about this.

WHY on earth would you accuse a guy of something without backing it up when he is trying to make a date with you?

A few of these ladies have chosen this profession because they don't have the  business acumen to make it in the real world.  You unfortunately have found one of them.

in my years in and out of the hobby, i've only let one provider and one agency know my handle here on TER.  I might be in the minority on this, but i don't want anything i've said or anyone i've reviewed to be used in favor of me or against me for whatever reason. I've never offered to review a gal in exchange for a lower rate or extra favors. Girl's, quite often have asked me if i'm TER and if i could post a review, and i always state i lurk, but am not involved.  What if the gal and i don't connect and she reads my review? I've seen this over and over again here on TER that that can back-fire. Same goes with comments or postings...ya never know what is going to strike a nerve in someone.

Regarding TER being slow, yeah...its your ISP.

the gals keep logs on who they see, and how the guy was...as far as a client.

And unfortunately for you she might have looked back in her "logs", noticed that you were (fill in the blank), and decided to just not see you again.

And to try and understand why she felt this way...that would just be a masochistic thing to try and do.  But if that's your thing...go for it

Simply move on to the next one and don't waste another moment contemplating this.  Frankly, see another gal and contemplate her navel, or other body parts.  That'll be a whole lot more fun.

And stop giving out a TER name to a first time date.  As others have discussed, it can create drama where none is needed.

someone else? It's in poor ethics to even begin an appointment with such
feedback to you . Hope it was a mistake in the name needless to say her reply
was unprofessional .
