There's a sub-class of BP providers stealing her pics on a regular basis because they can't cut it in the looks department. They're stealing pics that can't be found using tineye so they're thwarting our search methods.

Googled the number, it's some adult entertainment biz called North Ave Hot Shots in Lombard. There's also some poor schmuck who used to have this number as his land line and it shows his address. Who knows what the real girls look like but I doubt they look as good as the girls in the pics.
