If this sounds harsh, my bad, but in reality, do you really think a provider gives a shit that it's your Birthday? Go car shopping and tell the car salesman that it's your Birthday, and see if he lowers the price? He won't and neither will she.

If you're a long time loyal client, then you might get that perk, if you're on good terms with the lady. Even in that case, it's rare. If she gives you a discount, then every other asshole is going to want a Birthday rate as well.

If you find a provider who's into fetishes, you might be able to get her to do things with the dripping wax from a birthday candle.

And even if no discount would be offered, many providers would be happy to play with you in their birthday suits....
