Hi all.  First off, I know similar questions to this have been asked on these forums and I have done research in past posts to get some direction.  I hope it's not a huge deal I'm also posting another thread but I'm trying to do that research at work which makes it a little tough to do (only time I can) and so rather then send 20 pms I thought I would just put up a post and anyone interested could respond.
