I don't see a lot of ads on the higher level sites like this for Waukegan--you might have to step down in class. BP always has a few ladies to choose from for Waukegan or Gurnee (10 minutes from Waukegan). Be sure when you find a few candidates to cross-check reviews here and Google their numbers, though. I've had one wonderful experience and one no-call no show using this approach with ladies in the Waukegan area. Unfortunately, the lady who provided the wonderful experience has since moved on.
