Always looking for good coffee spots in Chicago.
The last recs I got were amazing …..
Strolling with a coffee on a spring day is my thing.
I can’t wait .

Been going to various Dollop locations throughout the city. Never been disappointed

Not sure in what part of town you’ll be staying, but here’s some recommendations from around the city:

Sawada Coffee - 112 N Green St, Chicago (Located in: Green Street Smoked Meats. Very rustic industrial space) – West Loop

Bourgeois Pig – 738 W. Fullerton (Right near DePaul campus. True coffee house with two floors and a bunch of rooms, lots of old paintings, books and antiques. Open late) – Depaul

Froth - 1515 W. Monroe St., Chicago (open late located in a former YMCA. Very cool lobby space) West Loop

Bad Coffee - 1801 W Berteau Ave, Chicago (Located in a very cool music themed space) - Ravenswood

• Big Shoulders Coffee - 1165 W Diversey Pkwy, Chicago – Lincoln Park

• Ancient Grounds – 1022 W. Belmont Avenue, Chicago – East Lakeview

• Printers Row Coffee -1400 N. Kingsbury St., Chicago (Rustic, industrial space) –  Also a Lincoln Park location at 2482 N. Lincoln Ave

Also, The Good Ambler in Fulton Market neighborhood. 216 N. Peoria St

These are all new to me, I’m making a list !

I just moved to Chicago a little over a week ago. Havent had much time between settling in and starting the new job, but The Perkolator was a nice little spot!
