If you do get fake boobs, make sure they go well with your body.  Ask for recommendations on plastic surgeons.  Some of the boob jobs done on porn stars make me shake my head.

And I couldn't be happier! I say go for it if that's what you really want to do regardless of opinions.  I am wondering though, since I only had a lift (no implants) are my boobs now considered "fake" since I had them done (lifted)?

I have to admit that lately I have really been enjoying the fake titties.

For me it's all about proportions. for MOST women I seem to like no larger than a large C or small D when it comes to fake titties. Bigger is NOT better. There is such a thing as too big imo. I have seen some boob jobs that look horrible. Distorted breast shape, weird very visual scars. But when they are done well and have no or barely visible scars and turn out to be the perfect size and symmetrical shape with some yummy nipples on top NOTHING makes my dick harder.
