The only sites I use to find independent providers is the ad board here and P411.  However, I've found that independents are often very slow to respond to requests (or don't respond at all), and sometimes require absurd verification (no, I'm not giving you my last name or sending you a scan of my DL license, that's what 411 is for!).  For those reasons, I've been mostly sticking with agencies as well.  ECE has had some great talent lately, and XO is good, too, although some of their girls don't really match their highly-photoshopped pics.

I recommend Sophia Scott!  She is a young, blonde hottie, as well as a reliable and trustworthy person.  

I also believe Daffnie Kline, Miranda Evans, Gia Venetia, Mona Bell, and Mary Maxxwell are as conventionally attractive as any agency hotties you're going to find.  These are all ladies I have at least met in person and will vouch for their looks at the very minimum.  

I'm sure all these girls screen, and they all have their own methods and preferences, which I cannot speak to.  I'm just throwing out a handful of names of girls I know to be independent "young hotties".
