So wondering what the protocol is - or suggested protocol is when I have a bad experience with an agency. The lady I saw was new, but had a couple of glowing reviews.

I decided to check her out - turned out to be the first session of the day of her - although it was an hour before noon. She seemed completely disinterested / hungover / dunno what? and it was a horrible experience.

I know the agency to be very reputable and to have girls of great caliber.

Would it have been right to call back when I left and ask what the deal was? I didn't know what that would have accomplished to be honest. Is it too late to do it now? Thoughts? Advice?

Almost every time I have used an agency I would follow that up with a call to the "owner" and let them know how the session went.  In my experiences thus far, I haven't had to report a problem as you have encountered.  In most cases the "owner" was pleasantly surprised at my call to comment on the session (positively).

But if I had a poor experience, you can bet I wouldn't be shy about letting them know that things did not go the way you expected.  I would also write my review expounding on the session as you saw it.

The most important thing is to not tell us who it was so others could avoid your plight and waste money and time on her.  Worry more about yourself and what to say to the agency, maybe reference this thread when calling them to help you get a discount or a freebie.  Let those you seek advice from make your mistakes while you pick their brains on how to leverage something from the agency.

Axxel may be blunt with his words, but he is spot on.  According to your reviews, you've been in the hobby for well over a year now... long enough to know what to do, but apparently too afraid to do it.

The girl was from Chicago Cover Girls - he name was Maria.
The experience as I mentioned - was a waste of good money.

I had a similar experience with one of their girls.  She said that she was unaware of the appointment until about 5 mins before.  She had just colored her hair, seemed rather uninterested in the whole thing.  Advertised as GFE but was the furthest fromo it.
