Hello Carolina Friends!
I have had a very long road back to being a 100% but I am finally able to come back to work full time. I am one of those people that always seen myself as a strong healthy person and I guess like a lot of people like me you think nothing can ever happen to take you out of the ball game of your life. Well it can and it did. Heart disease is a #1 killer in women and I am finding out all to easy how fragile we really can be and how fast it can take you down.
Like a lot of things we do not think of when we are young and healthy is some of the problems family members have had in the past.
A lot of us pass things off as they are just getting age on them (getting old) and it will be ok.
If you are saying that sentence all to often in your head then don't over look it, go make sure.
I did just that and just about lost my life.
To much coffee, stress, not eating right and thinking nothing will ever take you down will do just that.
So everyone please watch the small signs you see in yourself and remember the other things you don't need to look over while taking care of yourself.
I had four doctors at the start tell me my heart looked fine. It was panic attacks. Well some was stress but keeping a regular doctor that knows you is the key. Well and there is a reason they call certain doctors a specialist. My bad.
For now I am alive and fine and you will be seeing me often.
Of course if you know me you know I will be out here till I do kick it because I have a love for what I do.
To let you all know I will have my site back up and running in a week or so.
Hospitals took me to $0 so ....

Jasmine is an amazing lady. She has stood by me threw thick and thin. I think the world of her.
