For the Ladies---as above add 4 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 cucumber(what you do with the other half is up to you), 3 Kale leaves, 1 knuckle of Ginger, blend and drink straight, or add, as above, O, forgot to add the ice to each!

Had serious health issues, almost died, recently.

Now very little sugar, no dope including alcohol, yes children alcohol is a drug!
Gluten SUCKS, no more of that!

Been juicing about a month now dr oz green drink! Feel great blood sugar down from 581 to 97 this morning!!! Sleep so much better cant tell yas!!

Juice in the morning, decent lunch, solid food, juice for dinner! Better sleep, better health, according to bird, better sex! What would have made me not want to make the lifestyle change? Well the taste of food, but apparently eating for taste bout killed me so not much more of that. Till I look into this more and find out what healthy foods I can eat besides juicing.

Horray Juicing  raw foods rock but honestly tastes like dirt and grass!!!
I am cool with taking stuff out of my life when I can clearly they are more
of a bad thing than good. Just hope women NEVER fall into that category!
