The most popular strip club is Thee Southern Belle. $20 cover and BYOB. Fully nude, hot dancers. Also Diamonds is right across from The Belle (on Pittsburgh Ave). I've never been there so I am not sure how good it is.
There are a few decent regular nightclubs. City Bar, Banana Joes, Wet Willie's and 213, which are all downtown in the same general area off of East Bay.

And yes Diamonds in right across the street.  SB is totall nude and BYOB or you can get it at the little convient store next door.  Diamonds is just topless and the girls arre 7-9.  But the hotties at SB are more worth the $$$.  Same guy owns both clubs - was a male dancer first, now he and his  former dancer/nude model wife run the clubs.  Very nice guy and has good place.  Girls at SB, can get really -  how should I say, frisky and fun.
