It amazes me how many reviews some low rated providers have. If I see a trend I move on from even considering. One or two bad reviews that aren't recent or back to back just make me read all reviews and double check. Price or not. I would rather pay a rate an know what I'm getting than get a clearence price and regret my time. But usually. You only see this low rated providers get a hand full of reviews then they disappear.
So I say a new review in the Raleigh area and so I clicked on it. This provider has 28 reviews. 15 of which have a performance of 5 or below. the last 8 reviews are 4 and below. of those last 8 Appearance ranged no higher than 5.
My question is this. Most people use TER to make sure they are getting a quality provider and not a rip off. So if you see someone with such a rating, then why do guys keep going to them
I can read the reviews and its cheap and quick but if that's what you were looking for then why the 2- Should have stayed at home.
It appears to me that they were hoping it would be different for them. IDK.
I can say I am guilty of it once but what I cant see is posting a somewhat good review with a bad rating. Guess I am just old school. They got what they ask for so why such a bad rating

I really dont know, becuz they are obviously ter members, since they post reviews here.
I personally would never make an attempt to see anyone who was rated less than an 8. Unless there was a few that didn't seem to fit in with the majority of the reviews. Definitely no one less than 7.
