I kinda do... Which one do you ladies/gents like to use and which ones should I stay the holy hell away from?

Are you a member of the Provider's Only board here? These kinds of questions are very valid, but it's not a good idea to bandy around specific hotel names on a public forum. (Anyone can read these boards, including LE.)

Early check in times are a option when you are a member of a hotel chain! During the week and at off season times you can almost always check in by Noon here in Wilmington.

but certainly not always... in fact, just recently I had to wait 30 minutes PAST check-in time at a large, nationally known chain.

Since I have to get a hotel to accommodate an incall request, a 2 hr booking is my minimum.

I just put my hours available for incall. and go with that.

Her 1.5 hr rate is $415. If she gets a hotel with a rate of $125 for example,  after paying the hotel rate plus taxes, she's be netting about $150, maybe less if she had to get the hotel for 2 nights!

If I requested an early morning/afternoon appointment that required an extra day's stay for the lady, I would expect to pay at least in part for the extra day. After all, she's making the arrangement for me. I would consider an extra $100 to be a reasonable amount to help offset the additional expense. Absent that, you may want to consider a midday surcharge of $50-100, depending on the accommodations.

Question...doing the math here and I'm not seeing operating expenses (advertising, cell bills, membeships fees....a lot) as well as the time involved in admin type task being considered.
Deducing these other overhead cost from the equation and she may consider just sport fukin for free. Lot mess risk involved and in the end, she'll make more money around birthdays and holidays....jus sayin

If your client/s request for an a.m. or lunch time appointment.  

.... yeah would need to get a 2 days reservation technically. So...he should definitely compensate for at least that extra day ESPECIALLY if he's like going to be the only person you will be seeing. If none want to do that then I suggest they not try to get an appt that start before 1/1:30pm.

....yeaahhhh got a bit of tired explaining the whole check-in to a hotel process to guys after enough 10am/11am/noon requests especially while touring on my day 1 aka check-in day.
Even when local (D.C./NoVA) I don't keep a dedicated hobby incall so I have to get a hotel room for the just like Alice and most knew this if they checked my old site anyways or lol actually read my ads.

If the appointment request is for 1:00 or 2:00, I tell the client ahead of time that there MAY be an issue and I will let him know by 9:00 or 10:00 if there is.  Then early on the morning of the appointment I call the hotel, I tell them that I am a gold or platinum member in their rewards program (which is true -- I'm high ranking in two different hotel chain's rewards programs) and that I have a reservation but I have to check in by 12:00 noon.  And then I ask if it's a problem.  The VAST majority of the time it is not, and they tell me that they will either reserve a certain already available room for me right then, or they will ask housekeeping to clean my room early so that it's done by noon.  If it is going to be a problem and they can't guarantee a room, then I start calling other hotels and say the same thing, except the part about already having a reservation.  This method has worked all but once or twice, and that was when the DNC was in Charlotte.  It really, really helps to be a rewards club member.

If you've got an 11:00 AM appointment that's lets say for 90 minutes to 2 hours, wouldn't it make a lot more sense to arrange a late checkout at say 1:00 PM than to pay for two nights? Almost every major hotel chain will allow this, especially if you have standing as a frequent patron.

I'm one of those guys who is almost always trying for a noontime appointment because that's the only time I can get away. It never occurred to me that a provider would have trouble getting a room at that time of day because it's too late for check out and too early for check in.  

with my kids. While I want to have a bit of adult fun for myself, the times I can do so are limited by the fact that the things my kids want to do on vacation come first. So, the times I have requested have been tough for providers to accommodate.

red roof Cary is nice and easy to find.  La Quinta RTP seems to be a favorite of several ladies.  
i would book and pre-pay online and call and ask for early check-in.  some have it, some dont, depends on how full they were night before.  another idea, if you are going to be in raleigh say the 10th thru 12th, book the room and pre-pay for the 9th, the room will be ready whenever you arrive, whether evening of the 9th or morning of the 10th.  if you are a frequent customer and sign up for the hotel's card(I belong to Choice Privledges, they include quality inn, econo-lodge, clarion, card is free), you can also get late check out.
