I read about the rules and posting that seems to be discussed here. Without investing more time than I have or should be spending on the forum...just curious as to why reviews about the providers take so long to show up. Also I posted a review that never made it to the review list. The provider really really wanted me to give her one because she was great and so I did but it never posted. Just curious.

If you login and look under "account manager" and then "your reviews," there will be a brief explanation of the status of the review and, if it was not approved, why.  It does take a long time for reviews to get approved and sometimes I haven't understood why a particular review was not approved, which is frustrating, but I don't think there's any "appeal process".

except you can go in and redo the review after finding out why it wasn't approved. "Not enough details" seems to be the reason given most. However I've read reviews that have almost no "juicy details" before. Maybe 3 sentences.

O, Yes! See "contact us" button upper right hand page? Send them a note reminding them that they advertise that 72 hrs is what they say they will take to get review up. Ha! Had one review delayed somewhere between 10 and 14 days! My lsst on took 6 days:(( See other post this board for how to find your review---approved vs not approved and what needs to be done. Again, I have had directions that were not understandable!
Keep plugging! Don't know why it takes fo freaking long on this board when the other big board has em up in 60 secs, or less??? Anybody?
It helps to be paying member, somewhat.

Sometimes reviews will not be approved & may be modified by the staff for whimsical reasons, including not enuf juicy details. Why then are so many reviews approved that say words to the effect of "a gentleman doesn't kiss & tell so I won't go into all of the details"?

Since it will likely get assigned to a different approver.  I had one that was rejected for "not enough details" that had plenty of details, so I just resubmitted it without changing anything and it was approved.
