So, I have been in correspondence with a so called hobbyist who wanted to schedule an appointment. Afte completing the formalities he cancelled. I was being nice and I recheduled. Well, I had to cancel.  

I received requsting an appointment on Sunday and I didn't respond because I was unavailable. Not only, what the client was requesting, I do not provide that service. I kindly responded that I do not work on Sunday nor do I provide the service you are looking for. Needless to say, I received a response threatening me and stating he knows many men who are on major boardsand he will tell them I am rude and not to see me.

I am not worried because I know the level of professionalism and class I provide. What I don't like is so called hobbysit threatning providers with bad reviews.  I told him to bring it on...he has efinately barked up the wrong tree!

Your thoughts?

I know I've scheduled an appointment and then had to cancel only to reschedule again and I have had a provider have to cancel.  That is no reason to be an ass and threaten her with a bad review.  Not sure why some guys have be such pricks but there are all kinds.

I wish you the best in the coming days and hopefully this does not get out of hand for you.

He has to SEE you to write a review.  I know they write "fake" ones at times but that can usually be handled from what I have seen.  

Also I dont think any of us KNOW that many hobbiests.  And even the ones we know I  dont think we have that much influence on.  I think positive comments have more power than bad ones.  But usually it boils down to who we see and that our experience was as well as what we like.  So I dont think its going to matter to a hill of beans.

Exactly. I told him that. He claimed he talks to several hobbbyist and they have asked about me but didn't want to see me dueto "mixed" reviews. Anyone who reads my reviews know they aren't mediocre...that's what he stated. I'm not worried. He I a douche bag and I will put he ladies on notice.

Thanks sweetie...and my reasoning for canceling was due to aunt flo. That guy is a douche and many of those know I am reputable.. On to the next

That kind of behavior is absolute crap.  Sadly, I suspect this type of thing has worked for him before, and more sadly it makes the rest of us gents look bad.
