Anyone have any interesting stories about how you came up with your handle, or stage name (for the ladies)?  Nothing too revealing, obviously, but there's got to be some good stories in how those personnas came to be.  

Although I'm only 50, 21 yrs in the Army makes me feel old at times. I just wish I had a nickel every timed a lady opened the door expecting to see a WWI/II vet.

Mine comes from the first unit I served in in the Army. 1/26 Inf Blue Spaders.

Years back because I think and I am curious I came about the word paradigm.  Became enthralled and then decided on the side as a hobby I would see if I could discover existing paradigms and shift the ones needing shifting.  Lot tougher than I ever imagined cause people love their paradigms even when  it causes negative stuff in their lives. Reminds me of Einstein quote, "I am sure of two things, death and human stupidity  and I am not sure about the latter".  I Concur and now you know where Shifterp comes from, what paradigm you need to shift? Shifterp OUT!

Have to admit never heard of that one so as the bueatiful Taryn Southern says I googled that shit. That's some deep stuff dude, I'm quite impressed. Of course this is coming from a wrench turning grease monkey so don't let you're head swell too much.

Mines got anything as interesting as a back story as y'all's. I collect Case brand pocket knives and the 321 was just easy to remember as 123 was taken when I set up my email account. Started to go with Dickslinger or Mr Stubby but believe it or not have a small shred of pride left!
