You will have to help me out when you get back. Pretty much stay around Michigan Ave. and visit the pier with the restaurant and shops, but its been 4 years the last time I was there.

Wow, Vegas. A lot of hot spots. I pretty much stay  around the Venetian or Bellagio. My problem is I can't get away from the blackjack table and sports betting. It is easy to get laid. I have never paid for companionship there.

I happen to be in Vegas this weekend and have had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jaydalee..  I would highly recommend.  She certainly has a presence on the Vegas board and lots of reviews here on TER so you can see if she is your cup of tea.  She certainly lived up to her reviews.

If you happen to be a fan of steak I have found that The Old Homestead at Caesars is outstanding for both food and service.  It is my go to place when in Vegas.  Easy reservations online through Opentable if you are familiar with this website.

My two cents as I begin to wrap up a fantastic weekend here in sin city.  Safe travels and relaxation to you.

But he's have to wine and dine me a little first in the civvie world, lol.

I know in the first 5 mitnutes when I meet a man if I WANT to sleep with him (well not sleep because I snore). Doesn't mean I will, that depends on the flirtation "dance" and other things I look for before I'd take the plunge.

But "Ted" is damn near irresistible...

;-)

xoxo,

Steph

in the River North/Streeterville area, try Kiki's Bistro at 900 N. Franklin for superb French cuisine.  For something a bit different, try Russia Tea Time on Adams a block or so from the Art Institute, best Been Stroganov I've ever had, and an interesting collection of Russian Vodkas and Eastern European dark beers.

And dip it in the juice and wear a bib! I had one at Portillos and OMG it was so good I almost drooled.

As far as I know you can't get these anywhere else in the world.

I know the city is known for their pizza and you can eat where Al Capone dined on pizza but the Italian beef sandwich is often overlooked when out of towners want to what to eat while there.

Have fun...

There is almost everything to eat in Chicago.
Chicago style pizza is famous.  I love Giordanos, Ginos East or Lou Malnattis.
For an amazing view and a meal or drinks check out the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the Hancock building.  (Yes HanCock) Very nice lunch buffet too.
If you like specialty popcorn, check out Garretts on Michigan Ave.

Billy Goats tavern. It is a dive but made famous by a snl skit. It is on lower Wacker. Across from Trump Tower there is a staircase in front of a Walgreens that gets you there. Good place to grab a beer and burger for a quick lunch.

+1 for Portillos
+1 for Lou Malnati's. Must get the butter crust.

For some nightlife in Chicago, try the trendy rooftop bar at the Wit.

Coyote Cafe on Water Street. Sit at the chefs counter.
Geronimos in the gallery area
Maria's for some traditional NM food and great Margaritas (try the Don Julio silver coin)
La Choza for THE best enchiladas, chili relleno and posole

...and I probably have a million others in that town.

If you happen to like Asian food the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar and Grill is my favorite place in Vegas,
I always make a point to stop there when I am in town ( and that used to be every other weekend!)
They have thee best Sweet & Spicy Fried Chicken and the best fish I have ever had miso marinated black cod.
Safe Travels
Leilani
