Difference being, that they all house a major military base.

Just curious how many in the top 10 have military adjacent?

They mentioned 3 military bases---the above 2 and the 3rd being Fort Hood.

I see Richmond VA made the top 10 also.

...What's most important is that no other major cities from the Carolinas cracked the top 10.

One of my fellow dancers was going on & on about this free Testing facility, that gave anonymous HIV & other testing results.  
So I hopped on the computer, googled the place, got the number, and called it.
I spoke to a "nurse" that worked there, and she informed me...
"Sorry we no longer give anonymous tests, the tests, while still free, aren't anonymous due to the fact that 8 out of 10 are coming back POSITIVE, so we are trying to prevent a WORSE epidemic."

Yikes! Makes you think twice about the hobby. Seems like where there's a military base the city has a high rate of STDs. Wonder why that is....

It's because people think AIDs is no longer a death sentence. My guess is if they ever saw how fucking horrible it is to die from AIDs they would be more careful.
