I've never used their service myself but I know they provided a service to the same day/within an hour or two type of requests that independants usually can't.
But moreso your lack of compassion is very uninspiring.
I totally agree! Regardless of their "business" practices,they've provided a service to those of us who've needed them. They were never anything but KIND & willing to work with me when I wanted their services--& besides,we need to be careful about "throwing stones"...know what I mean??
There lack of common sense is also uninspiring, why would you keep records of your clients around? MAYBE THEY KEEP IT FOR EVIDENCE JUST IN CASE THEY GOT BUSTED? DUH? That is dumb.
