Are you kidding me?  I mean really, is the CMPD/ABC Commission so efficient that all of the real crimes are no longer being committed?  I guess the gangs are broken up, the domestic violence stopped, drug problems cured, so on and so forth...  
Its nice to know my tax dollars are being spent on such a worthy cause....
