Looking to build a personalized site (my current is fine, I own my domain (avaincharlotte) but want to be able to exercise my creativity!)

Unfortunately I have no java, html, etc skills and am looking for someone who is knowledgable, discreet and also creative and, of course, professional.

Will happily compensate or do a trade off!
