Has anyone else notice the increase in the number of posts requesting information / recommendations on our ladies?

They all seem to be from "new" users with no reviews.

I'm just a little concerned if they are legit.

I think I'm going into my "be an asshole ignore them mode".  They can purchase VIP and do their own research like I did.

Sometimes VIP members PM me asking for advice on a certain location.  I dont mind that cause many times they are looking for some sort of inside information.  But I usually give a list of ladies that either I have seen or one of the guys have chatted with me about.  Plus any that post on the board. They can research further in the reviews.

But just posting on the board,  I dont know.  I leave it to the ladies to answer those in the manner they determine.  Some of these guys can recieve a pm and I may answer him.  But I think its up to the lady on those posts.

Many more than usual that have no references or are first timers in the last week or two are emailing me. I wondered if there was some kind of news story that came out to bring so much new interest.

I have no problem advising newbies, I was one a few years ago. I had probably 10 reviews before I discovered the discussion boards, but even then I did not rely on others to do research for me. Do I ask for advise? Sure I do, but not when there are a lot of awesome quality ladies to choose from. New posters, with no reviews or track record, could be a cause for concern. Can anyone say "uncle Leo"?

strange to me that there are so many all at once.  I too have some LE concerns.  Just my spidey senses telling me something isn't quite right here.

Hey Sphinx...i actually had noticed a few questions that seemed a bit strange, thought nothing about it until your post got me to thinking. I don't do a lot of reviews, but have done enough to get VIP status (at least intermittently), being the cheapskate that I am. But really some of the questions don't have much to do with specific ladies, seems like they are questions a guy could get answers to on the generic discussion boards, or suggestions for newcomers, etc....  I know I have referred to them on occasion, mostly to figure out what some string of letters really means !

...a sound policy in this world.....

And actually, "ignore them mode" is almost the polite response...on most of the other boards her on TER, someone with no previous posts and no review history posting an ISO is likely to get aggressively slammed half a dozen times more or less instantly.

There does seem to be an increase of these types of posts lately, and not just in the Carolinas...and, for what it's worth, you can do at least the basic and essential research without a VIP (VIP makes it easier, but it's not absolutely necessary).

I know...we all had to start somewhere...and whether the intent is innocent or less than innocent, I tend to think that one of the first lessons a newbie should learn is that you probably shouldn't just stand up in a room and call out "does anyone know where I can find....?" and expect to get an answer.  Answering one of those posts represents a risk that I don't think any of us is particulary comfortable with...or should be particulary comfortable with....

Just my two cents....

The moderator is gone,  Everyone is now speeding.  Moderator kept order.  Some of these post would be a least questioned.  Like the one above about the site being down.  Its an advertisement.  Go look at the site.  Look at some of these posts and they are ads.  Just worded around it.  HSM1 would have pulled them shortly after they showed up.

Are we suppose to police our board?

.... it also seems that there is a pattern of questions about ladies on Backpage and other obscure websites that aren't generally going to have reviews.  I think these questions are coming from the newbies that are trying to find the bargin providers.

And I whole heartedly agree with the comments made here that there are plenty of wonderful, gorgeous, well reviewed ladies throughout the Carolinas.
