If nobody is living below you and the "boat" starts rocking to much at least nobody below you will hear it.  Plus I think its less obvious walking up to a first floor door and knocking.  If you go up 2-3 flights of stairs that would make noise and people will start to notice lots of foot traffic up the stair ways.  

Plus if what all the rumors around here are true about you Jessica, I am not sure a guys legs could handle walking down a flight of stairs after you have your way with them.  I know mine would be a bit wobbly.

Does it really matter to you.
What kinds of things do you watch and notice when you visit a lady friend?

Both are very nice communities. I just can't decide...

I do not really have a preference as to the floor.

I would look for the general surroundings, neighborhood, security and so forth.

What is on the inside is much more important than what is outside, but someplace quiet, with not a lot of daytime traffic appeals more to me...

The less complicated the better, i.e. 1st floor, and with NO FACING APT DOOR, JUST A BLANK WALL opposite the door in question;P~~~

@MJ  The floor isnt important.  Just like said before,  secure feeling is good.  I want to park the bike outside and believe it will still be there when I come back to it.    OOOOhhhhh and thicker walls would be nice. rotfl
