I just read alot of the articles in self help. Eventually I have to find a newbie friendly lady here.  I wouldn't have thought there was this much info about this hobby.

There are a number of ladies that are newbie friendly around and there is a number on this board.  I will not list them for fear of missing a few. Plus I havent any idea where you are located.  

My advice to you is go through the posts on here and hit the 'see me TER reviews' button on the ladies thread and that will bring up her profile.  On there is her website.  It may or maynot say newbie friendly, I have found not saying doesnt mean she isnt.  But do read the entire website.  Then send an email and simply ask politely. The answer may be no but with the Carolina Girls on here you will probably get a no but so and so is.  Do not shotgun!  There is nothing worse that getting 3 yes's all in the same day. lol. Try and dig your way outta that one skippy.   And do give the lady at least 48 hours to respond. You will find the search actually enjoyable.  Be courteous and you will be treated likewise.

Great advice!  The only thing I can bring to the table is to be sure to introduce yourself through a "G-Rated" email after you read through each website.  Who knows, she might change her rules of not seeing newbies.  I'm sure you're going to have fun.  Enjoy the process in doing your research.  Those that caught your eye in the beginning might be your future date!
