I have been browsing the last page lately, mostly for humor, and I have noticed that in the ads the ladies don't include phone numbers.  Did they change the rules at that site so that they can't include that vital bit of info.  I seldom will entertain contacting someone there and w/out the phone number not sure how one would go about doing that.  Just wondering whats up with that.

I'm not sure about the advertising site, or which one you are talking about, but maybe the ladies got tired of phone calls from wankers; children; pretend children; angry wives; holier than thou  temperance workers who've somehow lost track of what sharing faith really means; men pretending to be women; freaks; men wanting them to meet their wives, but not really; middle of the night texts and calls while they are sleeping; and men who want to entrap and/or trap them and carry them off to bad places.

Email is for grown-ups and real people. Phone calls are the second step in building a good rapport, not the first. I am not knocking anyone who uses the phone exclusively, or who prefers a phone call first. That does leave me open to fake emails, but that's what my spam folder and blocking email capability is for. Yayyy, technology! I am just stating my personal preference. My sanity and my sleep are somehow very important to me. I don't really know why, but there it is.

I do all screening via email and then once verified will provide my phone number. I just can't deal with the random phone calls..not knowing who is calling you...people who are not screened asking questions...and the in the middle of the night phone calls.

In my opinion...you can provide information via email...gives me a chance to screen..and only THEN do you need my phone number to confirm an appointment.

I am NOT knocking women who advertise a phone number...it's just not for me. I don't have time for the nonsense..I feel safer with starting with email!

I guess the change surprised me on BP i usually like to start via phone call, less of a paper trail that way.  When I do hobby i seldom contact anyone from BP unless they post or have been reviewed here, it was just odd that nobody listed phone #'s there anymore and I don't really want to register or give BP my email if I don't have to.  

If you are established and well reviewed I don't mind getting in touch via email, I figure you have gotten the good reviews not only for companionship time but also discretion provided.

To each his own. I personally like phone conversation opposed to emails. They can never be completely deleted and I feel more comfortable that way. I have a work phone, and thats exactly what that particular phone is for.
