Ok, so I've never seen a provider and I'm thinking of doing so.  Only issue is, most ladies that will see newbies require employment information for verification, but I lost my job a few weeks ago and obviously can't provide this information.  I have seen where some ladies accept various website memberships as verification of identity.  So, what's the deal here? Can I still prove who I am without employment info?  And what websites should I use?

It really depends on the provider. You shouldn't have to offer employment verification to see a provider.

Not being an ass, but why do you want to see a provider?  They can be wonderful, but they are not for everyone.  What are your expectations?  Depending on what you are looking for I can make suggestions.  Getting started can be tough, but we all started with no refs.  I have suggestions for that also....

I really hope whomever decides to try and help this guy realizes you could be easily telling ANYONE how to get in and see a provider with no refs and job....little risky to me.

He's unemployed, so shouldn't he be careful about spending $$ on a luxury at a time like this?

I'm sure he could use some TLC, but I question if this is really the time to start a new "hobby"?

Maybe he has a really great exit package or something, I dunno.

This is the second post on various boards where it's obvious some providers see men with no refernce, no screening. I am worried about the safety of ALOT of ladies after today.

Ladies..your life..your safety..there's NO amount of money worth that!! I am absolutely shocked..there should be a screening class for alot of people. I know I'd rather be broke then be dead, beat up, raped or in jail. I would never see ANYONE withoout verification

it can't happen to them - it only happens to other people. Guess what? There is nothing that can truly protect us from a really bad guy, but screening is our best defense. I don't often ask for employment screening, but it helps build my confidence a lot if he offers it. I use other methods that work very well. Many ladies prefer to use the gut feeling and smarts to screen. I just would not want to be the police officer who may have to clean up the bloody mess. Sorry to be so graphic, but it is what it is.

but for man on the exec level, it is not unusual. He could still supply past work info and let the lady decide for herself. I've met men this way before. Eventually, they get another job. At that point, I expect some grateful gratuity. LOL Not!

Yes, there are some reputable verification sites, and they work very well. The two you should consider are Date-Check & Preferred411. When you explain your situation, they will work with you to get you verified, even without employment information. How much personal information you are willing to part with will determine just how easy the process becomes.

Once you have been verified, your next step will be to get your ass over to the Newbies Board. (To the left of this page) Read the first couple of pages. There is a wealth of information there, and a group of people very willing to help out the new guys and gals.

When you are ready to call on one of the ladies, you will find that not all of them will accept ONLY the verification that you just paid for, but some will. The more ladies you see, the more references you will have, and the easier it becomes to get more dates.

Get yourself verified and go to newbie forum!! Dont see any woman who doesnt require screening or you'll end up in Sting like I read earlier on the board!! Go to reputable providers.......

I think it is important for providers to check references, absolutely. But, sometimes it is hard to do a employment verification. I have a lot of older clients that are retired. I cant check employment on that!  

And, if I was a man seeing a provider, I would most certainly not wanting her calling my job. That isn't discreet when we have to be in this business!!!

 Thanks for the responses, even the non-helpful ones, it's always good to hear the opinions that are out there.  I would never ever consider seeing someone who didn't screen.  I've got my own safety to consider in this venture.  I was basically trying to find out if I was completely S.O.L. without employment info, or if there were ways around it. Thanks again!!!
