Hey Mike appreciate the response keeping the thread going.

This board has been like a funeral precession for months!

News flash!!!!!!!!!! All doomsday predictors are wrong, not just the
Mayans!!!!!!!!

The ones I am the most familiar with are Christians! Man hell-bent
on hoping THE day comes every fricking day!!!!!!!!!!! Whew!

Just think, every doomsday predictor in the history of the world
has been wrong! They won't quit, promise. Gives them a reason
not to work harder at making this heaven on earth cause they
figure there is gonna be something better with the imaginary
big guy up in the sky!  LOL

Insanity trying over and over and expecting the result to be different!

Give it up idiots,  the world ain't ending but we all are! Take that to heart
and treat each other like you want to be treated!

Anyone got anything they want to say just in case?

Maybe any regrets you want to dump, anything left undone? If so
get skippy with it, only 10 days left, alledgedly!

For me I just think they did not think anything past 12/21/2012
and it is a bunch of nuttin, just like Y2K.

Sorry, can't remember the site or the link but I remember reading over the summer that some Mayan expert said that all these doomsdayers are wrong.  He said that the correct translation is that it's the end of a phase or era in the Mayan calendar, not the end of the world.  So don't anyone blow their entire bankroll on providers, you'll need some for new Years.

Liquidate IRA, book morning, afternoon, and evening sessions with top-tier NC providers each day until the apocalypse.  Then, on the final day, book 10 favorites for a moonlight cruise to watch the world end.  (If the world doesn't end, extend for another 12 hours)

Some Mayan historians say the end of the calendar marks a new era.  Apparently civilization will enter a new phase of heightened consciousness and peace.  Unfortunately I don't really see that happening with everything going on right now :(
