But I've got the old case mobile bed full of scrap metal right now. Figured a good day to go through the air conditioner graveyard I got behind the barn and gather up some copper an brass to haul to the scrap yard one day this week. Nice way to skim some hobby funds once I get time again. Spending 4 nights a week trying to turn 15 or so 10 year old girls into ball players so time is a short commodity right now for me. On a positive won our opener the other night. Little Case struck out 17 hitters in 7 innings of work. Sorry proud daddy moment there. This time of year is hard to get away for me but so worth it. Only get one shot at the important stuff!!!

I'm about to go do some target shooting in the back yard, one of the perks of living in the country in Stokes county.  Everybody up here owns and shoots all the time.  That gets some frustrations out and refreshes some motor skills.

Also going to be cleaning up the garden, getting a raised garden ready next to the house (so the rosemary and basil and cilantro is always FRESH and healthy), letting the chickens out to play in the yard instead of their run and moving deer stands.  In general, trying to stay the hell out of the house and enjoy the day!  At last!

Would be a lovely day for a picnic with a lady with a blanket (or pickup bed for you, Case) in the boonies, getting natural in nature, with the sun shining down and just enough breeze to make you want to snuggle every now and again.

Mr. Case..., you are spot on with what is important, i.e. spending time  with your kids:)) Wish I could go back and have a do over with mine:(,,,,,, miss those camping, fishing, story telling, just hanging times walking and eating ice cream---"watching Scotty grow..." :)) Grown, gone and out in the world now chasing the ladies---must have done something right--LOL

Blink and they're grown and moved out.  It's a cliche, but too true.  Likewise, YOLO.  All those things you meant to do with them, you look back and realize that the opportunity is gone and you missed it.  You're doing right, Case.  Glad the Little Case got a taste of winning.  That's very important to her self-esteem, keep reminding her of how she conquered  "Driving your opponents before you and hearing the weeping and lamentation of the (other team's) women!"

Gotta keep my priorities in line, too.  I may get benched for some surgery because of some tests that just came back, so I'm trying to fill my dance card with ATFs and others that I've wanted to see in the next few weeks as full as the budget will stretch.  I think of it as distraction therapy and YOLO.  I wish Bad College Girl was around and willing to see me, but I'm over her age ceiling - damn - she makes me crazy horny just reading her posts on the board with her attitude.  I love a woman that says what she means instead of what she thinks you want to hear.  Subtle doesn't work on me very well, but honest and confident sure do.  Amsterdam69696 would be another to put on the dance card, but that's too far away.  I figure right now my priority is topping off a memory bank in case I have to retire from seeing the ladies (possible, but not likely).   There are loads of local ladies I'd like to add to the dance card, but I'm not sure when (or if) the docs will bench me or for how long.  I'll know in a couple weeks.  Till then I need distracting...

Wishing you luck on that diagnosis! While the ladies here bouts can not help with your medical boo boos they shore can provide that distraction to keep your mind off those problems;P~~~

Hate to hear you're gonna be out of commission for a bit hopefully it won't turn out to be too serious. Sure are some good distractions around here to keep you're mind at ease untill the surgery.
I'm with ya on Bad College Girl shame she's not around here she use to live in NC but wasn't providing then just our luck!!!!
I love an upfront lady too that will shoot straight with ya my BS detector is pretty damn accurate and I hate to feel like I'm just being told what they think I want to hear.  

Thanks for the congrats on Little Case, she's doing well at it been playing since she was 5 this is her second year of pitching though. Did ok last year we finished around .500 she struck out about 115 in 50 some innings but walked about as many as she struck out. Think we've got that a little more under control only walked 4 the other night. As long as she has fun and I can give some of the others a little guidance they don't get at home it all works out. Had a little one the other day when I asked if she understood what the steal sign was looked at me and said "I'm not very smart" (both her parents are in jail BTW) and the look she gave me was a serious one that tore me up. That's why I do what I do, sad that some of these kids don't get what they need at home hopefully some of them turn out ok and hopefully I helped along the way.

Thanks.  It's the uncertainty that's dark and difficult, I'm used to dealing with facts, numbers, etc.  I'm very lucky to have one ATF that provides a hell of a lot more support than my SO.  That's a damn sad state of affairs, but the SO has her own medical issues and while I'm trying to be supportive, but she's too stoic and uncommunicative to accept it.  While that support certainly is not in my provider's job description, it is just natural for her.  She simply stepped up to help.  I just can't wrap my mind around treating a provider as a rented piece of meat and being objectified myself as just another john.  Even if the relationship is in two hour chunks, it's still two people.  But enough of my mangina-ness, which I refuse to apologize for or change.

As for Little Case, sounds like she's doing well.  Building the will to win and competitiveness is important, probably more so than actual stats.  The confidence and self esteem it builds is critical.  My niece and nephew from upstate NY (my home town) were both on skates at 2 and playing hockey by 4.  Niece played on the US Olympic team (scored a goal and two assists in one game), nephew played pro hockey for 5 years before his lack of height and beef stopped him from moving up.  He's a stockbroker in Boston now, doing very well, she's a school teacher with kids and loving it.  That competitive drive carries them a long way.

Thats cool that you're freind is there for ya during youre time of need. Ya know I think a lot of guys do this not so much to fill the desire to score as much hot tail as possible but to fill some emotional voids as well. And yes true friendships do come out of these arrangements, I had a buisness decision to make that had me a bit nervous a while back, ran it by the wife and she could have cared less. I did what I felt was right and so far so good, I mentioned it to a friend I made through this little world and she responded with some encourgaing words. Sometimes its nice to have someone secret in youre corner. And you are spot on no way I could look at a woman as just a rented piece of meat, guess we can start our own mangina club lol!!!

As for my emotional voids filled here nothing too spectacular my SO just is'nt that fun anymore and I'm not talking about just rolling in the hay, that actually is ok and she can be kind of a freak at times which is a good thing. But as far as going out and hitting the town or getting a bit drunk and saying the hell with it and just having a good time without worrying about the consequinces (to a point) uh hell no. Luckily theres some ladies around to help a fella out once in a while.
