Hello Everyone:

'Change/Rejuvenation' have been the themes for me over the past several months. I have shared the secret that I’m about to reveal to you with several people, and thank you all so much for your support and encouragement. It really means a lot to me.

Due to a lot of HARD work, SWEAT, and sheer DETERMINATION & FOCUS, I've lost 25lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes since the end of October 2008. Although I'm not finished losing and toning, I wanted to share with you the fruits of my labor so far.  Please take a peek at my gallery where I’ve added new pictures that were taken earlier this month.
