I realize there are usually few or no providers out on OBX.  But was just hoping by shear coincidence that a provider might be out on the OBX for a little sun and fun July 16-23?

If so, I'd love to get together for some extra fun.

Fishing is about the only thing you'll be able to catch out there, but it can be good at times (the fishing that is)!
