I personally do not dress up or hand out candy. The only reason I don't hand out candy is simply because no one around where I live really comes by for it lol.  

 
 I find Halloween to be a holiday for kids , if adults want to have fun dressing up I don't think there is anything wrong with that I just don't do it personally. Halloween is like Disney world, it is mainly for kids but adults can for sure enjoy it too!
