I can't answer for SC but I would say that Charlotte and Raleigh would work best for you guys in NC

What I do is look on the TER Ad Board, Carolinas, see where a well reviewed lady is touring and when she gets to a city near me, go for it.  
Advertising "non touring ATF regulars" are as scarce as dinosaur pussy these days unless you know a UTR.
IMHO be it what it is.

I'm from SC, and yes there are a Few places here. But, I had rather go into the NC Cities of Charlotte and Raleigh. A few others in NC as well. But those two seem to be the most attracted places. Plus just a lot of cool places to see, things to do, etc...
