I look forward to personally discussing this with you personally very soon.
But as a contribution to the thread I’ll share a few thoughts here.
I have a few questions for you guys. Feel free to answer on here, or if you would like a more private conversation, feel free to answer privately.
#1 - Do you prefer visiting a mid-range to upscale hotel, or apartment/condo incall? As a side note I would never consider using my private residence.
#2- What makes you feel comfortable or uncomfortable about an incall?
#3- I'm often amazed (and flattered) at how far you guys will travel to come for a visit!! But, as a general rule, what area of Raleigh/RTP do you prefer? Is there an area you don't like due to location, traffic, etc?
Thanks in advance for your input. Ladies feel free to chime in as well!
Ready, set, gooooooooooooo!
#1 mid range is fine with me. While I have never visited a provider at her hotel. Only private apt (which for some reason I felt she shared with other providers) and a private residence.
A decent hotel is fine with me. Standard seating bedding and shower is all that's needed. Upscale maybe for long multi hour. But that would be about it.
#2 like I said I have hosted outcall location and I asked hotel not to be near elevator or on first floor just to stay away from high traffic best I can. Wish I could answer this better.
#3 for me when I go to Raleigh I'm usually near the airport as my work office is near there. I try to avoid the mall area.
Hope this helps.

Yes, never , never host at your private residence. Besides the obvious risk of stalkers or obsessions, seizures laws will put everything you own at risk.
I think apartment / condos are exceptionally risky. Sooner or later a meddling neighbor will cause problems. Plus you still have the stalker issue.
As for hotels , I’m very appreciative when a lady host in a fairly upscale property. No motels , or econo type places. Doesn’t have to be a suite in a 5 star hotel , but still......
As far as location , everyone has a preference. But it seems to me the Crabtree area or airport region works well for most.
Just my 2 cents. I’ll give you the whole nickels worth the next time I see ya !
Even though I don't live in Raleigh I travel there often for work/play and rarely hobby in my home city.
1- If seeing a well established provider I have no problem visiting her home or mid to upscale hotel. If they arent highly reviewed, outcalls are for me so I can control the environment.
2- Before I knew any better or about TER, I was comfortable as long as the provider wasn't in a motel with exterior entry. Now at the price point I play with I definitely expect a nice hotel or incall. Maybe a suite or at least a sitting area and a nice bathroom that stocked with men's grooming products.
3- I actually prefer busy areas like Crabtree or North Hills where u can blend in with the locals and no one will look twice if having dinner with a beautiful woman.
1 - I prefer a mid range to upscale hotel.
2 - There are two things that make me uncomfortable when visiting a hotel. First would be not knowing where the elevators are. I hate to walk by the front desk and looking like I am lost. The second would be a housekeeping supply cart parked near the door I am headed to, or a maid in the hallway near the door.
3 - I prefer the Crabtree or RDU airport area. I don't like the North Hills area.
I've found that communications about where the elevators are, especially when they're in an unintuitive place, can be really helpful when providing the room number. Just as simple as "elevators are in a hall to the right as you walk in the front door". Big downtown hotels that often host business conferences are nice that way, since the foot traffic of people milling around in the lobby can mask the confusion.
In my experience, housekeeping usually doesn't care. When I tour, I tip housekeeping well.
#1. I feel comfortable with both a hotel incall and a private incall. As in regards to specifically each type, it’s similar. As long as the location is in a nice part of town, I feel perfectly fine. If you’re shooting for a private incall ( i.e. apartment/condo/townhouse ), I’d get one that is in a nice (not too upscale) complex. A complex with a gated entrance that requires a password is a plus .
#2. The location makes me feel comfy.
#3. Area wise, I prefer anywhere outside the beltline. RTP is alright in spite of the extended drive from Raleigh . The RDU Airport/Cary is great. Crabtree is Okay, but a little too close in town. Brier Creek is a great part of town that few providers stay in.
in particular, mid range or lower range hotels. AVOID!

anyplace would be amazing, as long as it was with you Jenna,
Mid-range hotels are fine for me as long as they are clean, have a gym, and have suite rooms ( as I like having plenty of room for my exercises)
For me a incall location should be a place where I would not seem to be out of place being. I have not ran into a situation like that in the Raleigh area, but with me being a minority I have always been raise to be extra aware of my environment.
I stay out of the beltline, as I don't like one way streets given the high traffic of Raleigh during certain periods.
