And T Mobile should be able to turn off the service asap. If you have phone insurance yu should be able to get either a new one or a loaner until you recover your cell phone.

Me I'd just get another phone asap and have the old one turned off.

Good luck!

xoxo,

Steph

I went to Red Lobster for diner before going to work at the club. I had to use the mens restroom before I left. Because of the way my dress pants are. I almost accidentally dropped my phone out of the pocket. So, I put it up on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I ended up leaving there by accident. I realized, what I had done about five minutes later. Dodged out of work. Drove back to RL to recover my phone. This took less then 8 minutes for me to get back. From the time I left.

In that time. The phone had been turned in by and adult to the head hostess. Who happens to be in her late fifties/early sixties.  When, I got there I approached the manager. Told her that I was there to get my phone. That, I had accidentally left in the mens restroom.

The manager spoke with the head hostess. Who proceeded to tell me and the manager. That some little boy came up and asked for the phone. Because he thought he daddy had left it. The woman gave the kid the phone. I had missed them by all of 2 minutes.  Just like a lost credit card. It is General Mills (Who owns Red Lobster) policy that you have to prove ownership. In order to recover lost and found items. I intend to try and make Red Lobster pay for said phone.

I've already been in touch with T-mobile and have GPS location on the phone. God only knows when that will pan out. But, meanwhile I am at loss for my phone. . . Does anyone have any helpful suggestions? Or information in regards to a similar issue happening to them. Please feel free to post it on here. Or e-mail me on TER. Thank you for your time.

You could call RL one last time.  Maybe daddy brought it back.   I called it and it went to VM like it was off.

Ahhh you needed a new one anyhow, one with a chain. lol.

Seriously though sorry for ya. I lost mine a few years back at the Ren Fair down in Raliegh land and got real lucky,  Had a friend call it and someone answered and met me.

I've tried calling it and texting it. T-mobile supposedly will take care of finding it an so forth. Via the GPS locater.  When, I spoke with Red Lobster today. I was told that their insurance would cover it. God, only knows when the hell that will be. I was ironically having some issues with the phone anyhow. So, I'm not to troubled about it now. That I have found my center and have chilled out for 12 hours. Just sucks, Because, I have lost all my contacts, pics, videos, and so forth. . . Sucks, but like Jessica said. Such is life! It happens to the best of us. However, Red Lobsters policy has changed. So some good has come out of this at least! The next person won't have to go through this!

Go get a new phone asap so you can start having fun again.

That was a pathetic attempt to get her to send you pics.   (if it works let me know)

lol, actually. I wasn't trying to get "those kinds of pictures" although I do appreciate the thought. Had some other photos that I rather cherished.
