Newbies often are rejected but that will change. It's a credibility thing. Keep writing and keep seeing the ladies. Eventually your reviews will post. For the ones that are missing information try to accommodate the request. Edit the review and resubmit. Also keep communicating with staff through the MY TER function with feed back. If you really feel that something is missing hit the contact button at the bottom of the main page and submit request and questions there.
Just so everyone knows Mods have nothing to do with the review process at all.

Maybe it's me, but I am beginning to wonder.

I joined this board a few weeks ago.  Since I am new to the hobby, I had no referrals, so I paid to get a membership.  Provided the needed information and got in.

In the past two weeks, I have seen three providers.  I posted reviews about two of them.

First one was rejected because.... I am a new member and she only had a few prior reviews.

Second one was rejected because... I didn't post enough information other than about our time together.

I have written to the powers that be for a little clarification, but am beginning to wonder if this is designed to keep me a paying member......

No. The policy is not designed to keep you as a paying member. If that were the case, no one would get review credit.

The review that was rejected due to lack of details should be edited to include the proper acronyms and more details. I know it's a pain in the ass, but try again.

The other review can also be resubmitted. You have 90 days to post reviews, so don't give up on that one either.
There is a balancing act when it comes to new reviewers and new providers. Keep up the establishing of yourself and it will all come together.

The one with not enough info can be edited go to your reviews and add more info. I went through the same thing.

Chuck,
Thanks for bringing this up. You are not alone in this.
My last TWO reviews have driven me to distraction trying to get a problem solved---also have written the "contact us", and Acct Mgr to no avail to date! Mod is right---they have nothing to do with reviews.
I have over 30 reviews and some, not all, have been anything but easy to get posted.
The 1st review of the above two was approved!!  But had incorrect info that I asked to have changed.
That never happened, and it was  never posted to board, and I never got an answer back as to why. It's been over a month and it is still approved, but not posted, or corrected. Now,that is a mute point, as she is gone from the profession.
Number 2 above, was not approved, because I tried to be naughty, but nice in my wording, Nope!
Got to give more details, like you, I believe said you had to do.
Well, I spent 2 hours Editing the VIP detail section in more detail and submtted it. Now been 3 days and still unapproved, and no reply from my asking why.
So you are not being singled out for being a newbie, I don't think, so, join the rest of those of us who pay $ for membership and get good info from those reviews that go thru smoothly, but no response from some of our questions , as you put it----from"the poweres that be"

It is frustrating but keep submitting and keep sending messages to the contact us email. Hopefully they will get it back on track soon.

Don't despair, this is still the best and most informative review site out there.

I too have had a couple of reviews held up, but all have eventually posted. One about a provider that had no other reviews was delayed since I was new and so was she...but after several other reviews of mine were posted I asked if that one could be reconsidered since I was now a "tried and true" reviewer. And sure enough it was posted without any further fuss. A couple of others that had more info or other modifications requested were also readily posted once I had edited them.

Hey - thanks for taking the time to write the reviews. We ALL appreciate it.

So what can ya do nothing. Some for no reason, some for my wording, some because I did not agree with the reviews others had given. Keep submitting.

What does it mean when your review was rejected because a provider has been "delisted"? I tried finding the answer by using search and could not find an explanation. Does it mean the provider has asked to not have reviews posted? The girl I saw was from an agency and other girls from the same agency have reviews posted.

I think it depends on who is approving the reviews sometimes. Some seem to be more peculiar than others.

TJL,
Your response got me curious----WHO does actually do the reviews???

People on TER Staff...But that is only a guess...what would you guess?

STAFF is a given there fella!
I was interested if you had any insight as to what goes on behind the scenes----such as, Are they Paid Staff, Volunteers from Hobby, Just off the street with no Hobby background, ETC, Just who are these STAFF PEOPLE who review/grade our reviews?????

From TER's Review FAQ:

MY REVIEW WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THE PROVIDER WAS DELISTED. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
The provider has asked to be taken down, banned, was caught posting false reviews, has retired,
etc. In short, we won’t carry information about her anymore.

When someone is delisted they don't even give the mods the reason. And unfortunately there is no list to see who is and who is not.
