Any recommendations on Winston Salem providers?  I’ve read Toy’s reviews but she may have fallen off the grid?  Was hoping to catch up with her but not responsive.  

I’m in Winston too and it’s pretty dead as far as what I would consider quality gals, it’s never been a real hot spot and last few years it’s got worse a lot of girls on STG but that’s just a backpage knockoff I’ve not found anything there that compares to the caliber of gals you’ll find here.

TonkaToy.  One of the highest rated ladies you could ever find.  
While she does travel quite a bit,  she lives in Winston and is usually available on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays.
Her website is easy to find.

You need to expand your search parameters to more than STG.

I’ll agree with ya there this used to be my go to place but not anymore. Toy is the only one here who frequents Winston and my schedule never matches her. If you have any suggestions I’d be happy to hear them.
