Wanted to know from the Hobbyest and our Regional providers what the interest woud be for a meet and greet opportunity. Logistics of such an event are never easy.  Lets plan to have this at a private residence or Hotel Suite.  Some have charged an entrance fee to pay for  any expenses , including alcohol. Also, we may need to verify all the attendees.  
Let me know your thoughts.
