Your ads link to your personal website. To link your ads to your personal website, you must follow TER guidelines regarding that privilege. It clearly states that a TER emblem or banner link, that actively links BACK TO TER must be either on the page the ad links to, or the main page of the site. The emblem/banner link should also be easy to see and not buried at the bottom of a page.

Your site shows a TER banner that links to a different site than TER. Look for yourself.

Until you fix that link, you will be limited to linking your ads to either an escort mall such as eros, or to your TER reviews page. This is what I also said to you in a PM recently. If you cannot receive PMs, you might want to become VIP so you can.
