LOL. I got three refs since I've been here okaying what seems to be LE and total whack jobs. Some biotches will see anybody. References aren't fool proof.

Elaborate? Yeah, the typical LE type calls. When someone calls almost demanding my location without telling me jack : their name, a reference, a freakin "hello" even, that's 1. A cop 2. A whack job. Either way I don't want any part of it. I've did this nine yrs, I KNOW when something is off. I've learned to be so streetwise and covert I could be a CIA operative. LoL.

Hey ATLHunter, I think what fusionfan is asking, in what specific city is LE on the prowl?  I think that is what I would want to know as well.

And without definite proof...who knows. I'd be careful...But if you men do your homework...and us as providers get MULTIPLE ref's...should be ok :) Happy Hobbying!

Greenville. Had many cop like calls in the past few days. And have gotten calls from other providers that they have too.

I realize I'm probably "preaching to the choir" here, but for the life of me I cannot understand the justification for using our tax dollars to harrass someone who is running a quiet, discreet, professional escort business.  I am very appreciative of everything LE does to make us safer, often at personal risk to themselves, and I can understand why local authorities would want to keep streetwalkers off the streets, but why try to trap a nice lady who is doing nothing but bringing pleasure and enjoyment to those who for one reason or another wish to purchase time with such a lady???  If they are not bothering anyone, how can this be defended as a good use of our LE resources??

Look at Greensboro, NC paper NEWS & RECORD  Feb. 11th!!!   Report Sounds Alarm over Ohio sex trade:   Per article: About 1,000 American-born children are FORCED into the sex trade in Ohio every year... Read the rest of the article at website---THIS IS WHERE LE NEEDS TO EARN THEIR KEEP, NOT ON HARASSMENT OF CONSENTING ADULTS AS TO WHO THEY MAY WANT TO SPEND THEIR TIME WITH!

Its not necessarily a concern for society. I'm truly convinced some things are only illegal to provide a source of revenue to the state and keep certain jobs around. Many ppl would be out of jobs if what we do was decriminalized and a source of revenue lost. But hey, the cops are protecting us from those menacing adults having consensual sex in private! (Yes that was sarcasm)

A reference giver can flip and you would never know it. I prefer other methods, in addition to references, or in place of them. A reference from a "total whack job" is worthless, for certain.

It can't, unless we do not believe in separation of church and state. I understand what you mean by "preaching to the choir," but in actuality, I think the "choir" is the real problem.

I think you are right on target.  In my opinion the only explanation of this is that it is an historical anachronism, a leftover from a culture in which the primary purpose of sex was to produce more humans for the tribe, so any practice of sex that was not oriented toward procreation became taboo.  Obviously that is no longer the case with the human species - we have over-populated - so the sexual taboos are no longer justifiable.
