What do you think about a provider who cancels a scheduled appointment by email a few hours before the appointment?  It would have been a first meeting.  She claimed having a bad reaction to a sports drink consumed before working out earlier that day.  She apologized and said she'd make it up to me.  So, here's the real question.  I recontacted her about 4 weeks later to schedule an appointment and she has not responded to my emails - I've tried twice.  I actually replied to her email canceling the first appointment.

Should I just forget it or post feedback on her by name?

It's not worth holding on too dude.  It sucks that she canceled at the last moment, but a few hours is better than a few minutes, and it has happened to all of us at some point.  As for not responding to your email, there could be dozen's of reasons.  She could be busy, on vacation, or maybe just decided she didn't want to see you.  Who knows, she might reply back to you next week.  Anyway, there are plenty of other options, so just find a different one and let her help you forget.  Just my .02

what EasyTimes said! Dude always has good shit to say.

I would also say not so fast my friend!!! That sound like Lee Corso?

You have any idea what these gals put up with to share some of their time and companionship with us???? I wouldn't! !!

So if a gal has a bad day, so what!!then !  check reviews and see if it hapens a lot. If so tell everyone. and next!!!  Shifterp out!!

Thanks for the feedback.  Your advice is in line with my own inclination.  Water under the bridge.

Wishing you a great week!

I have yet to even try a real pull up. The closest I get is my lat pulldowns. Hmmm... I'll have to try tomorrow morning and see how far I get! My guess is one.... lol

in using your body weight against yourself when working out vs. machines! Like when I do split squats and lunges using hand weights vs the machines where you can do 10x the weight... I always feel it more afterwards when I'm doing the squats/lunges!
