There are other signs without having to do examine someone that closely. It could be something in their personality, being over-eager, or mood swings. Maybe I am just attuned to it from growing up around some of the wrong people though. A lot of times you don't need to get that invasive.

Some of these guys aren't as "hip" about the way the world is, and many unseen dangers.

If I have prevented one guy from getting a BBBJ from someone who is an IVDU and then coming to me, then my message hit it's mark, despite anyone's "discomfort."
No, I wouldn't be overjoyed about being "inspected" however, I myself can pass such an inspection-
and I would understand that the reason for doing so "trumps" the courtesy of turning a blind eye.

There is a problem, I am addressing it.
Such hookers do exist up here, as I have found one myself.
When such individuals enter circulation on TER in our review system-
And someone is privy to such information, keeping ones mouth shut is NOT a favor to anyone except the user.

When ladies are sucking dicks without condoms- such as myself- the concern is real.

About crossing paths with clients who intentionally seek out the desperate-dope addicts (cheaper service, willing to haggle, will go bare for extra $$), and less worried about what other gals are doing in their 'free-time'.

once a person starts shooting dope in their veins,  it probably takes less than a year before they are:
(1) addicted physically (this probably happens in about 10 days)
(2) in jail (theft, possession, prostitution)
(3) robbing people to feed the monkey
(4) dead/OD/diseased from dirty needles

Haven't you ever played 'spot the BP advertiser' when browsing thru wake county mugshots?  

Also, according to 'horror stories of the ER', addicts are finding some really, really clever places to shoot up.  Under the fingernails, in between the toes, in the ass veins (I read a story about that - I was like, 'HOW do you shoot yourself up in the ass??', so the normal 'let me see your arms' as an IV-drug check wouldn't work, anyway

This isn't exactly a low risk hobby, all we can do is our best.  
When I was in HS I ended up befriending a girl who was virtually homeless and fresh off heroin. She lived w my family for a while. I know she had no problem getting clean needles and was very careful. That seemed to be the norm, at least w the people she knew.  
On the flip side I've seen guys bragging on other forums about the girl at the AMP going BB for $20 then trying to see higher class ladies. Men and women that may play it safe in the hobby but don't think twice in their personal lives. People that participate in all kinds of high risk activities.  
I'm not saying there aren't drug users taking risks but my point is there is all kinds of danger out there. You never know where or how it will come and chances are 99% of the time you wount see it.  
Chances are if someone has built a good reputation and maintained it they are together enough to take care of themselves. If the men are doing their research and seeing reputable ladies that is one of the best steps you can take. Of course always be smart and play safe

I saw a documentary where a guy was shooting dope into his neck while holding a mirror! Something tells me they must have really good friends shoot them up the ass ... or people who don't like them LOL.

It's almost impossible to spot the "functional" addict, but meth heads/tweekers are easy to spot. And that seems to be a bigger problem around here.

I don't know why guys seek out BP "party" girls who will do BB unless they have a deathwish. People think that HIV/AIDS isn't an automatic death issue any longer, but they are really uninformed.
