That told folks who PM you whether or not you are VIP so they know you you can't read their PM. This is the case for me. I have received a few messages and I am sure they are pleasant; however, I am unable to read them. If you want to get a hold of me you have to email.

THen you do get VIP and the pms are time sensitive.  And you look like a prude.

I am up to 16 pm's and feel HORRIBLE!

I keep posting after people send them to let them know
right now I got no VIP but that is changing soon!!!!!!

Anyway OldTed, I hear you are agree they ought to let the sender
know the receiver can't get message.
