Someone did that?  That is not cool at all and a very classless thing to do.  I do not understand that.  How can someone book an appointment and think they can pay less than the published rates?  SMH, I just don't get it.

Had the same happen to me last FRI with a client I have seen before 3 years ago.  Times are tough with our boards gone but to take advantage of that fact is just not too cool with me.
