Sounds like they want to get to know you better. Just hang out here and post often. It's a good place to get a feel for the locals. We always can use another pretty lady to chat with anyways. Just a guess but "admin" probably wants more that a months board activity.  Stick around and keep bugging them.  You're not the first lady thats had this complaint.
