Two common words used in the hobby are kinky and naughty.  How do you define them?  Do they pertain to the actions during a session or can they be used to describe wardrobe selection?  Would that fall more into risque?

I know I have used the two words in request but not sure I used them correctly.  I think of naughty as maybe adding a toy into the mix during a session or watching porn during a session.  Naughty could also describe outside play in my opinion.

Kinky on the other hand is a little bit more difficult.  Would you say kinky aligns with fetishes?  Would you say someone who dressed up in thigh high boots, studded bra top dressed kinky?  Would restraining someone be more along the lines of kinky?

Interested to see others opinions.

Naughty is more so fun things. normal but fun for both.  Dirty talk. Lingerie/outfits. Spanking.  

Kinky is more out of the box. I think of more so one sided acts I suppose. Handcuffs. Full roleplay. Some Bdsm.  

Something like that for me.

Hmm, I've never thought about that. It's a good question! I've always thought of "kinky" as referring to actions, and "naughty" as more of a mindset.

To actually think about it as per your question...
I think "naughty" is doing something that is traditionally against the (very basic) norm... playing with toys, anal play, watching the other person masturbate, spankings... Things that make us feel a little "bad" when we do them- like it's something we "shouldn't" be doing.  

I think "kinky" can encompass those things, but I see it as a little (to a LOT) more risqué.  

Maybe: all fetishes are kinky, but not necessarily naughty. Being spanked is naughty (and kinky). Being caned is kinky.

Someone dressed as you mentioned would be dressed kinky (though they wouldn't necessarily have to ACT kinky!), but if they were actually a submissive, they'd be acting very naughty! So then: "naughty" could also be defined as doing something that is traditionally against one's own personal norm.

Just throwing some thoughts out there! I don't think there's a true answer.

I would propose that naughty is for example using a feather for stimulation, whereas kinky would be to use the entire chicken.
Wait, I believe that one would be labeled as perverted...

To me naughty is more of a playful flirty attitude, maybe a gal takes her panties off when your out for dinner and sticks them in your pocket. Or serious making out on elevators to shock folks when the door opens. Both fun as hell by the way.  

Kinky is a little more out side the norm I'm a pretty vanilla guy so what's kinky to me may be naughty or even normal to some folks. This world has for sure opened up things I never imagined I would try ( and enjoy). Like the earlier posts BDSM and the like would be more in the kinky definition to me.
