I think if you took a look at the meet and greet board you would see it is a tradition. You are treating the ladies to an afternoon/evening and in order to attend they are putting work opportunities aside. I have attended 9 meet and greets and was never asked to pay a dime, although I did contribute $100 to a charity raffle in Georgia. 20 bucks for lunch and the chance to meet and talk to sexy women and donating a toy to put a smile on a young child's face=priceless
